Fletcher D. Handley, Jr.
Civil Justice Attorney
has been practicing law in Oklahoma for 30 years, primarily in the areas of Personal Injury, Wrongful Death and Divorce and Custody. Much of his practice is focused on Auto Accidents and Insurance Law, including Dram Shop, or Tavern liability. His reputation in these areas led the American Bar Association to ask him to testify before the US Senate Commerce Committee in 1999 regarding a proposed National No-Fault Auto Insurance Bill. He is retired from the US Army Jag Corps and the Oklahoma Army National Guard, having served in the Armed Forces for almost 35 years, many as a Military Judge. He is rated "AV" by Martindale-Hubbell and is a Charter Member of the International Society of Primerus Law Firms.

Auto and Truck Accidents

For more than 25 years, the focal point of our practice has been accident and injury law, primarily dealing with auto and truck accidents.  We have represented hundreds who were injured directly by the negligence of someone using the roadways.

We have also represented the families of many who lost their lives in those accidents.  Our greatest source of new business is  referrals from our current and former clients.

Divorce and Custody

Family law has always been a central part of our practice in Canadian County.

No one faces more difficult times than those caught up with the problems of a failing marriage and how that will effect their children.

No lawyer can, in good conscience, guarantee results in the area of
family law.

Other Legal Services

Although our emphasis for many years has been on Personal Injury and Family Law, we have a wide variety of experience in other matters, such as Criminal Law, preparation of Wills and Trusts; Probate, Real Estate, and Oil and Gas.

Further, through our strategic relationships with organizations like Primerus, we associate with  attorneys throughout the country in virtually any area of the law.
