Divorce and Custody

Family Law has always been a central part of our practice in Canadian County.  No one faces more difficult times than those caught up with the problems of a failing marriage and how that will effect their children.  No lawyer can, in good conscience, guarantee results in the area of family law.

Our knowledge and experience with Canadian County Judges gives us the ability to present a client’s case in the most favorable light, thus enhancing the chances of a fair and equitable division of property, and time with the children.   We have successfully tried hundreds of family law cases over the past 28 years.  As with our other practice areas, our greatest source of new business is referrals from current and former clients.  For more information on how we can help with a family law matter, contact us by phone or the e-mail link.
