Auto and Truck Accidents

For more than 25 years, the focal point of our practice has been accident and injury law, primarily dealing with auto and truck accidents.  We have represented hundreds who were injured directly by the negligence of someone using the roadways.  We have also represented the families of many who lost their lives in those accidents.  Our greatest source of new business is  referrals from our current and former clients.   Most of our cases in this area settle before trial, but we have tried many to successful jury verdict.  These cases are handled on a contingency basis, meaning we are paid a percentage of what we recover for our clients.

In addition to auto and truck accidents, we have substantial experience in Premises Liability cases, such as Slip and Fall; and Dram Shop cases, wherein someone is injured by the negligence of a Tavern Patron, giving liability to the Tavern itself.  We have also successfully handled Bad Faith claims, which usually result from disputes between an Insurance Company and it’s insured.  Through our association with Primerus and certain law firms, we can handle almost any claim you have, almost anywhere involving Personal Injury, Wrongful Death or any dispute with an insurance company.
